DQ with box of Surprises!

Dulquer Salman, youth icon of South India has a bunch of films which has got much hype from the audience. The most anticipated among them is Kurup.

Kurup, inspired by the life of Kerala’s most wanted criminal Sukumara Kurup. The film will be in the Crime thriller genre directed by Srinath Rajendran & produced by Wayfarer Films; DQ's own production house.  This film is releasing in 5 languages; Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu & Hindi. Kurup's OTT right is bagged by Netflix. We can expect Kurup as a Christmas release.

Salute is the next flick from DQ's bag. Salute is gonna DQ's first film as a full-fledged police character. This film is directed by Rosshan Andrrews and produced by Wayfarer Films; DQ's own production house. The crew has wrapped up the shooting at the end of July.

Othiram Kadakam is another flick from DQ productions directed by Soubin Shahir. DQ has already joined hands with Soubin in the film Parava, which was a great success at the box office. Its first look was quite a variety and impressive. Pre-production works are going on for this film.

We could get the feel of Dulquer in the role of a local gangster from the announcement poster of King of Kotha. If so, we can witness rough & tough local gangsters in veteran filmmaker Joshiy's son Abhilash Joshiy's directional debut. Dulquer's own production house Wayfarer Films is producing the film.
