5 Vadivelu Dialogues Turned Movie Titles

We all know that we can't pass a day without a Vadivelu dialogue. Those dialogues have that much influence on our day-to-day life and that is why he is considered as one of the legendary comedians in K'Town. Here, we are gonna see 5 instances where Vaigaipuyal dialogues turned into movie titles.

Jill Jung Juk

The dialogue " Jill Jung Juk " is from the film Kadhalan which was released in the year 1994. The dialogue happens in the conversation between Prabhu Deva & Vadivelu regarding the type of girls. In 2012 debut director Deeraj Vaidy made this dialogue as his film title which was a Tamil black comedy starring Sidharth.

Naanum Rowdy Dhaan

In 2006, Vadivelu used " Naanum Rowdy Dhaan " to show him as a don in front of police & the public in the film Thalai Nagaram in the character of Nai Sekhar. In 2015 Vignesh Shivan used this iconic dialogue for his Action comedy film starring Vijay Sethupathi & Nayantara where the title apts the hero's character.

Trisha Illana Nayantara

In the same film ' Thalainagaram' he used to say " Trisha Illana Divya" where he gives himself the motivation to get committed to a girl. This dialogue inspired to make a movie title in 2015 which was released as Trisha Illana Nayantara starring GV Prakash & Aanandhi.

Plan Panni Pannanum

Plan Panni Pannanum is an epic dialogue delivered by Vaigaipuyal in the film called 'Pokkiri' in 2007. Recently Rio- Ramya Nambeeshan starring film made this as their film title which seems to be related to the planning & kidnapping kind of humor subject. However, the film hasn't been released yet, we have to wait to view how dialogue apts to the movie.

Hey Money Come Today Go Tomorrow Ya

In Manadhai Thirudivittai released back in 2001, Vadivelu has used many English dialogues to make a girl fall in love. Amidst of those " Hey Money Come Today, Tomorrow Go Ya " was there. Tamil Youtube channel named ' Parithabangal ' used this title for their upcoming film which is a crowdfunded movie.

Not Only Dialogues

Apart from dialogues, character names & related factors have been made as film titles. Varuthapadatha Valibar Sangam is the name of his association in the movie called 'Winner' starring Prashanth & Kiran Rathode. Later this was used as a title for the Siva Karthikeyan-Soori combo comedy film which became a blockbuster and lifted their heights in the industry.

For Sathish's upcoming film, the title ' Naai Sekhar' was taken from the character of Vadivelu in the film Thalai Nagaram. Even our Vaigaipuyal is marking his comeback with his new film titled 'Naai Sekhar Returns' after many talks regarding the title. We wish him all the best for his comeback & future projects and hope we can have our old Vadivelu back who tremendously entertains us with his humor.
